System Data definition

System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

System Data means data created by, in connection with or in relation to Equipment or the performance of Services under this Agreement.

• Customer agrees that Dell may share the System Data with the following categories of third-parties for the Permitted Purposes: • Dell third-party service providers; and • Dell channel partners, including but not limited to resellers, distributors, channel service partners, and OEM partners (collectively, “Dell Channel Partners”).

System Data means any and all electronic information received, generated or stored by the ISO in performing its functions under these rules; and
