Customer Proprietary Network Information. (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
Customer Proprietary Network Information or “CPNI” means information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of a Telecommunications Service subscribed to by any Customer of a Telecommunications Carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the Customer solely by virtue of the carrier Customer relationship; and information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a Customer of a carrier.
Customer Proprietary Network Information or “CPNI” shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. § 222.

As we provide telecommunications products and Services to you (the account holder), we develop information about the quantity, technical configuration, type and destination of telecommunications products and Services you use, as well as some other information found on your bill, known as Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI").
Any subcontractor that gains access to Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) or Proprietary Information covered by this Appendix shall be required by the subcontracting Party to protect such CPNI or Proprietary Information to the same extent the subcontracting party is required to protect such CPNI or Proprietary Information under the terms of this Appendix.

Customer Proprietary Network Information means (A) information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of use of a telecommunications service subscribed to by any customer of a telecommunications carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier-customer relationship; and (B) information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a customer of a carrier; except that such term does not include subscriber list information.
Customer Proprietary Network Information has the meaning given to such term in Section 222(h)(1) of the U.S. Communications Act.
Customer Proprietary Network Information or “CPNI” shall have the meaning as that term is defined in 47 U.S.C. §222(h), as amended, and generally includes the types, quantity, destination, and location of Products and Services provided to Customer by Star2Star, and related usage and billing information for those Products and Services.
