VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. A Card may be used to purchase goods and services (in person or by phone) from any merchant who accepts Visa cards, and may also be used to obtain cash advances from your Account at participating financial institutions that honor Visa cards, by presenting the Card to the merchant or financial institution, by authorizing an appropriate sales draft, and following any other customer procedures established by such merchant or financial institution. • NON-VISA DEBIT TRANSACTIONS (PINLESS PAY) Your Visa Debit Card also allows you to conduct Transactions on the PULSE® debit network, which will generally require you to enter your PIN. Some merchants are authorized to accept non-Visa debit transactions without requiring you to enter your PIN. Because these transactions are not processed through the Visa system, provisions of your cardholder agreement that specifically relate to Visa transactions do not apply. The Visa specific provisions only apply to transactions processed through the Visa system.

VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. You may use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate, to deposit cash and checks to Your share and share draft Account(s). You may also use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate, not to exceed $500.00 per business day (share, share draft and line of credit combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account, to make the following transactions: (a) withdraw cash from Your share and share draft Account(s); (b) transfer funds between Your share and share draft Account(s); and (c) make balance inquiries on Your share and share draft Account(s) with Us. You may also use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN to purchase goods and services ("POS") at any business establishment where the Card is accepted, not to exceed $500.00 per business day (share, share draft and line of credit combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account. The sum of ATM and POS transactions may not at any time exceed $500.00 (share, share draft and line of credit combined).

For security reasons there are limits on the number of transactions and cash withdrawals that may be processed each day. ATM withdrawals may not exceed $500.00 per calendar day (savings and checking combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account(s). You may also use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN to purchase goods and services ("POS") at any business establishment where the Card is accepted, not to exceed $2,500.00 per day (savings and checking combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account.

These merchants may display the Visa logo in their business locations. You may also use your Visa Debit Card to order goods or services by mail, telephone, or the Internet from merchants that have agreed to accept Cards. Your Visa Debit Card, along with your PIN, will also perform the transactions itemized in the “Automated Teller Machine Transactions” and “Point-of-Sale Transactions” sections above. Transactions may only be made from funds in your checking account. Access to other accounts is not permitted.

Home Financial Services (Online Banking) Transactions: Our Home Financial Services (HFS) allows members to processelectronic fund transfers” between their account(s) and make other transfer requests by use of a personal computer connected to the Internet. If you have authorized HFS access, for which we have issued a PIN, you may log onto our HFS system to process the following transactions: •Transfers between your “asset accounts” in the Credit Union (excluding XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts); •Transfers from your “asset accounts” (except XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts), to your loan accounts in the Credit Union (except mortgages); •Transfers from your line-of-credit loan accounts (i.e. Visa, Personal Pocketbook or Home Equity) to your “asset accounts” (except XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts); •Transfers from your “asset accounts” (except XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts), or line-of-credit loan accounts (i.e. Visa, Personal Pocketbook or Home Equity) to another member account at the Credit Union, which you have previously authorized; •Balance inquiries, account histories and other account information on your asset and loan accounts*; •Download account information into certain personal financial management software packages*; •Send an e-mail message to us to place an order for an additional supply of checks, place a stop payment on a check or range of checks, and perform certain other calculations*. There may be a fee for these services, refer to our current Fee Schedule; •Send a secure e-mail message to us regarding your account*; •Make application for credit card and other loan accounts*: •Access your electronic statement* and our BillPay Plus services. * These are not “electronic fund transfers.” BillPay Plus Services...
VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. If approved, you may use your Card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your Card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide your card number and security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Any Card transactions you make may result in funds held in your account to cover such authorized transactions. Once you authorize a Card transaction, you cannot stop or attempt to stop payment. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union will attempt to pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you may have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of the overdrawn amount including any service charges. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. At the present time, you may also use your Debit Card to:  Perform transactions listed in the “ATM Transactions Made with a HAPO ATM Card or HAPO Debit Card” section of this Agreement.  Make up to twenty (20) Visa Debit Card purchases in a twenty-four (24) hour period. o Daily transaction totals including purchases at participating merchants, POS (Point of Sale) terminals, and ATM transactions, are limited to $10,000.

Funds are sent securely via email or text message within a notification containing payment link information. NOTE: The card option for receiving funds may not be available for all recipients.
VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. At the present time, You may use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN to make unlimited deposits of cash and checks to Your share and share draft Account(s) in any of Our ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate. You may also use Your Card and PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate to: (a) withdraw cash from Your share draft Account, not to exceed $200.00 per day (share, share draft and line of credit combined), provided there are available funds in Your Account; and (b) obtain balance information on Your share draft Account. Additionally, You may use Your Card and PIN to purchase goods and services ("POS") at any business establishment where the Card is accepted, not to exceed $200.00 per day (from Your share draft Account), provided there are available funds in Your Account.

  • Fund Transactions The Advisor is authorized to select the brokers or dealers that will execute the purchases and sales of portfolio securities for the Fund. With respect to brokerage selection, the Advisor shall seek to obtain the best overall execution for fund transactions, which is a combination of price, quality of execution and other factors. The Advisor may, in its discretion, purchase and sell portfolio securities from and to brokers and dealers who provide the Advisor with brokerage, research, analysis, advice and similar services, and the Advisor may pay to these brokers and dealers, in return for such services, a higher commission or spread than may be charged by other brokers and dealers, provided that the Advisor determines in good faith that such commission is reasonable in terms either of that particular transaction or of the overall responsibility of the Advisor to the Fund and its other clients and that the total commission paid by the Fund will be reasonable in relation to the benefits to the Fund and its other clients over the long-term. The Advisor will promptly communicate to the officers and the trustees of the Trust such information relating to portfolio transactions as they may reasonably request.
