Goods and Services. 4.3.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods and/or the Services provided are fit for the purposes that may reasonably be inferred from the technical specifications and in accordance with the timetable for performance defined in the Contract. In any event the Supplier commits himself to achieve performance and results stipulated in the Contract.

Goods and Services. Part A – Goods and Services Lots INTRODUCTION Each Lot of this Schedule 1 specifies: The Goods and Services that the Supplier shall make available to Contracting Bodies; The Service Levels applicable to each of the Goods and Services (if applicable); The purpose of Schedule 1 is to provide the contractual statement of the Goods and Services, and Service Levels for the Framework Agreement and subject to Order by Contracting Bodies. At such time as a Contracting Body places an Order for Goods and Services, the details of those Goods and Services in this Schedule will be specified in the ensuing Call-Off Agreement. The contents of this Schedule, together with pricing information in Schedule 3 (Charging Structure), will be made available for perusal by Contracting Bodies in the Catalogue post Framework award (published on the Authority’s website). Any additions or amendments to Annex A of this Framework Schedule 1 which is referred to in paragraph 2.1 below shall be subject to paragraphs 2.10-2.14 below. The products are listed in Annex A Lot 1 Approved Products and Annex B Lot 2 Approved Products (annexes to be found on the eSourcing Suite) according to the respective devices on offer in Lots 1 and 2.
