Transfer Requests. The Partnership agrees to use its Reasonable Best Efforts to promptly process, and to cause the Exchange Agent to promptly process, all sale or other transfer requests relating to the Contributor Units that are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
Transfer Requests. You may request to transfer all or part of the amount held in a Variable Investment Option to one or more of the other Variable Investment Options. The request must be in a form we accept. All transfers will be made on the Transaction Date. Transfers are subject to the terms of the Sections “Variable Investment Options”, “Transfer Rules” and our rules in effect at the time of transfer. With respect to a Separate Account, the transfers will be made at the Accumulation Unit Value for that Transaction Date.
Transfer Requests. A Resident may request to transfer to a different Space between the second and eighth Academic Week of the Fall or Winter Quarter. Transfer requests are available on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on Space availability. Residents may transfer Spaces, subject to availability, one time per Academic Year with no transfer fee. Residents may be charged a $100 fee for each additional transfer per Academic Year.
Transfer Requests. Teachers requesting a transfer shall apply in writing on the official application form to the Superintendent of Human Resources, by April 1st. Upon receipt of such a request for transfer, the Director or Designate shall give first consideration to accommodate a Bargaining Unit Member’s request, subject to pupil and program needs.

Transfer Requests. 13.4.1 Permanent employees may request a transfer. The request shall be submitted to Human Resources in writing. The employee may arrange for an appointment with the Employee Relations Representative at the time of the request to discuss the transfer and reassignment.

With respect to transfers from a Segment prior to the Segment Maturity Date, such transfers reduce the Segment Investment on a pro rata basis by the same proportion that the Segment Interim Value is reduced on the date of the transfer. Transfers are subject to Sections 4.01, 5.02 and our rules in effect at the time of transfer.

Transfer Requests. 13.3.1 Members of the representation unit may, at any time, submit to the Human Resource Services Office a written request for transfer within their current class to another work location or division within the County Schools Office. Such requests for transfer shall be on the appropriate County Schools Office form.

Employees who have permanent status, and who desire to transfer to a posted position within their department, shall file a written request indicating that interest with the Office of the Commissioner for the Department of Public Safety’s posted positions and with the Bureau Chief for the Department of Natural Resources’ posted positions. Any employee that will be on approved extended leave of fourteen (14) calendar days or more may file a transfer request that will remain on file for the duration of the employee’s approved extended leave. The applications of the procedures in this Article shall be limited to a maximum of two (2) transfers resulting from any given original vacancy. Employees eligible for transfer may not transfer under the provisions of this Article more often than once every twelve (12) months. Employees not eligible for transfer, due to this twelve (12) month restriction or due to probationary status, shall be eligible to apply for vacancies that are posted before the twelve (12) month period or probationary status ends. However, the employee may not actually transfer to that position before the twelve (12) month period ends or probationary status ends unless mutually agreed upon. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, if an employee is transferred, promoted or reassigned, and their spouse, if also a peace officer, requests a transfer, the Employer may give preferential treatment to the spouse’s geographic transfer request without regard to seniority providing two (2) vacancies exist.
