Online Banking Services definition
Online Banking Services means the online electronic service made available by the Bank to Customers having Accounts whereby the Customer may carry out banking transactions and avail other Banking Services online from any Website.
Online Banking Services means and refer to such services provided by Bank, from time to time through the Web Site or through any Required Technology, as contemplated by this Agreement. Such services may include but are not limited to the following: Online Account Services, Stop Payment Services, Funds Transfer Services, External Funds Transfer Services, P2P Transfer Service, Mobile Banking Services, Positive Pay Services, Online Statement Services, ACH Transfer Services, Wire Transfer Services, Bill Pay Services, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Services, Credit Card Services, Such services may be provided during the Term as further defined in this Agreement.
Online Banking Services means our online banking services available for certain Eligible Accounts that can be accessed at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or accessed through our mobile and tablet applications. We may add, remove, change, or revise our Online Banking Services offered from time to time. Products and services offered by Ally Financial, Inc. or other affiliates of Ally Bank are not Online Banking Services subject to this Agreement.

We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, in connection with the Online Banking Services provided to you under this Agreement.
The Online Banking Services available to you may include the ability to engage in external transfers.
The Mobile Deposit Capture Services is designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market savings accounts using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices by capturing an image of checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to Bank via our Mobile Banking application provided to you through our Online Banking Services.
External Transfers The Online Banking Services available to you may include the ability to engage in external transfers.
For Online Banking Services the Disclosures may include your periodic Account Statement (As part of the monthly account statement, you will receive information about your account), other periodic or special notices (such as hold notices on availability of funds, or error resolution notices if you assert your rights under the federal consumer protection laws and regulations).

Online Banking Services means the services rendered by the Bank via the Website and/or Mobile App which enable the Customer to obtain information or data from the Bank and/or give instructions to the Bank including but not limited to effecting transactions through the Bank by the use of the Computer System.
Online Banking Services means the online banking services provided to customers by the Bank as described in Section II.

Online Banking Services. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of Online Banking. The individual terms and conditions of your account(s) shall continue to apply in all respects. Such terms and conditions are outlined in Firstrust's Retail Account Agreement, Funds Availability and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Disclosure, Retail Banking Fee Schedule and Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, as they may be revised from time to time. These documents are provided to you at the time of account opening or available upon request as well as the Revolving Credit Account Agreement and Disclosure Statement. You understand that by enrolling and by using Online Banking, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service Agreement or any other agreement governing your account or an account related service, which occurs over the Internet as such agreements may be amended from time to time. You agree that electronic pages, such as the pages of the Firstrust Website and Online Banking, used with your Login ID and Password, are the legal equivalent of hard copy written documents. You agree that your "clicking" on any "buttons" stating "I agree", "Accept", or "buttons" with similar intent, shall have the same legal effect as if you had placed your signature by hand on hard copy versions of such electronic pages. By clicking on such buttons you agree to be legally bound by the content on any such pages. You are encouraged to download or print for your future reference copies of all relevant electronic pages from the Firstrust Website.
