Online Banking Services means and refer to such services provided by the Bank, from time to time through the Web Site or through any Required Technology, as contemplated by this Agreement. Such services may include but are not limited to the following: Online Account Services, Stop Payment Services, Funds Transfer Services, External Funds Transfer Services, Online Statement Services, ACH Transfer Services, Wire Transfer Services, Bill Pay Services, Remote Deposit Capture Services, Positive Pay Service. Such services may be provided during the Term as further defined in this Agreement.
Online Banking Services means the online banking services website and/or mobile application (when available) through which you can access details of your Account and other banking services.

Online Banking Services means the services rendered by the Bank via the Website and/or Mobile App which enable the Customer to obtain information or data from the Bank and/or give instructions to the Bank including but not limited to effecting transactions through the Bank by the use of the Computer System.
Online Banking Services means our services that allow you to obtain account information, transfer funds, make payments including our Bill Payment Services, access accounts, and perform other transactions over the Internet by use of an internet access device and a NetTeller User ID and NetTeller Password.

Online Banking Services. You understand that by enrolling and by using Online Banking, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement, Xxxx Payment Service Agreement or any other agreement governing your account or an account related service, which occurs over the Internet as such agreements may be amended from time to time. You agree that electronic pages, such as the pages of the Firstrust Website and Online Banking, used with your Login ID and Password, are the legal equivalent of hard copy written documents. You agree that your "clicking" on any "buttons" stating "I agree", "Accept", or "buttons" with similar intent, shall have the same legal effect as if you had placed your signature by hand on hard copy versions of such electronic pages. By clicking on such buttons you agree to be legally bound by the content on any such pages. You are encouraged to download or print for your future reference copies of all relevant electronic pages from the Firstrust Website.
Online Banking Services is hereby amended to include the External Transfer Service, but otherwise shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement. The term “Electronic funds transfers” is hereby amended to include ATM withdrawals, pre-authorized transactions, point of sale transactions, transfers to and from your Bank accounts and any transactions initiated through the External Transfer Service. Furthermore, you acknowledge that transfers in Online Banking can be made between the accounts designated on the Funds Transfer Authorization Request Form or as otherwise indicated using the External Transfer Service.

We undertake no obligation to monitor transactions through Online Banking to determine they are made on behalf of the accountholder. You have the option to withdraw your consent to electronic information without a fee, condition, or consequence in response to changes in the hardware and software requirements, should such occur. Online Banking Services - You can use Online Banking to check the balance of your Heritage Bank accounts, view Heritage Bank account histories, transfer funds between your Heritage Bank accounts, and pay bills from your Heritage Bank accounts in the amounts and on the dates you request. Hours of Access - You may use Online Banking 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, although some or all Online Banking services may not be available occasionally due to emergency or scheduled Online Banking maintenance. We agree to post notice of any extended periods of non-availability on the Heritage Bank website. Your Password - You determine what password you will use and the identity of your password is not communicated to us. You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and security of your password. Upon five unsuccessful attempts to use your password, your access to Online Banking will be revoked. To reactivate your access, contact us at 000-000-0000. To be valid, your password utilizes both upper- and lowercase alpha and numeric characters for purposes of security. Your password should not be associated with any commonly known personal identification, such as Social Security number, address, date of birth, or names of children, and should be memorized rather than written down. You may change your password at any time by selecting Change Password in the User Options menu.
