Personal Computer. During the Term, the Company shall provide Employee, at Company expense, with a portable personal computer (the “Laptop”) with such capabilities and capacity, and including all necessary software, as shall be reasonably necessary to discharge Employee’s duties under this Agreement. Upon termination of Employee’s employment, the Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company any and all tangible property of the Company, including without limitation the Laptop and any software related thereto and the contents of any files stored therein.
Personal Computer. CP&L will provide a personal computer to XxXxxxx to be used at his personal residence.

Personal Computer. The Bank shall purchase a portable laptop computer for Xxxxxxxxxx’x exclusive use during the term of his employment with the Bank. Xxxxxxxxxx shall return said computer to the Bank upon the termination of his employment with the Bank. Upon the termination of his employment hereunder, Xxxxxxxxxx may purchase said computer at the depreciated book value of the computer calculated on the effective date of his termination.
Personal Computer. “Personal Computer” or “PC” shall mean any laptop, notebook, desktop, netbook, or any other personal computing apparatus or device which is used to access, process or display information. This definition does not include computing devices operating as servers in a hardened, controlled access, secured data center.
Personal Computer. Employee may retain his current personal computer environment that was provided to him by the Company for his use during his employment with the Company; provided, however, that Employee shall return the personal computer to the Company on or before the termination of the Consulting Agreement, so that the Company may remove any confidential or proprietary information belonging to the Company and any computer programs that are licensed to the Company. Employee covenants and agrees that he will not make or retain copies of any such information. To ensure that all of its confidential and proprietary information and/or computer programs have been removed from the Employee’s personal computer, the Company may, at its sole option, exchange the hard drive contained in the laptop computer for a new hard drive provided that the new hard drive has at least the same processing speed, memory capacity, and other similar characteristics.
Personal Computer. The Company agrees, if Executive so desires, to transfer possession and title to the Executive of the Company provided personal computer and cellular phone and/or other mobile e-mail device used by Executive as of the date of termination. The Company also will agree to transfer and/or provide to Executive the applicable software licenses for all current software applications installed on the Company provided personal computer.
Personal Computer. The student computer is the property of the school. When a student is given personal responsibility for a computer, an agreement is prepared between the school, the student and the student’s guardian. The agreement entails that the student and his/her guardian accept the existing rules and regulations regarding the personal computer. Spot checks may be performed in cooperation with the student. If the rules are not followed, the agreement may be terminated, and the student may lose his/her right to use a personal computer. Storage and insurance The computers are covered by a warranty and insurance, both at school and at home. The insurance covers unforeseen damage and incidents, and theft. However, the theft portion of the insurance only applies at school and in a normal home. In order for the insurance to be valid, the equipment must also be handled responsibly and stored securely. The computer is to be treated as an object that is desirable to thieves, and therefore may not be left unsupervised during e.g. recess and physical education class. If the computer is damaged or lost, the school’s IT support staff or person in charge of computers should be contacted. An assessment of the damage will be done, and a decision will be made about how to handle it. If a computer is lost, a police report must be filed – if the loss occurred during school hours, the police report will be made by the school, and if it occurred outside these hours, the police report will be made by a guardian. If damages occur due to intentional damaging actions, this may bring liability for damages on a student and/or guardian. I/we have been notified of the contents of “Rules and instructions for the use of Växjö Municipality’s network”. As a student in Växjö Municipality’s schools, I promise to follow these rules. I understand that, if I break laws and rules, this can lead to me being banned. I may lose the right to use a personal computer. This may also mean that the contents of my personal account and e-mail will be inspected.
