Our Network definition

Our Network means the telecommunications network owned or controlled by us or our group company. For clarity, it excludes any network of a supplier to us.
Our Network means all network connections and computer equipment utilised by Us or any of Our Related Companies to provide services to You.
Our Network refers to the Company owned ducts, poles and fibre optic cabling and its’ coverage. “Our Team” refers to our employees, partners, consultants and contractors, with whom we have a contractual relationship with and whom will be supporting the delivery, installation and on-going services.

Examples of Our Network in a sentence

  • The Providers in Our Network providing Medically Necessary and Appropriate home treatment services for bleeding episodes associated with hemophilia shall comply with standards adopted by the Department of Health and Senior Services in consultation with the Hemophilia Association of New Jersey.

  • The Orthotic Appliance or Prosthetic Appliance may be obtained from any licensed orthotist or prosthetist or any certified pedorthist in Our Network.

More Definitions of Our Network

Our Network means the telecommunications network operated, controlled or used by Us.
Our Network means the telecommunications network and facilities used by Us, Our Related Bodies Corporate and Our suppliers (including NBN Co) to provide the Service. Personnel means, in relation to a person or entity, that person’s or entities’ officers, employees, agents, contractors and consultants. Regulator means, as the context requires, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the Australian Communications and Media Authority and any other government or statutory body or authority.
Our Network means the infrastructure used and maintained by us to provide you with your Program Service. Our Network does not include the computer networks that make up the Internet.
Our Network means any network, electronic communications network, system, server, hardware or technology infrastructure, or the like, including without limitation third party networks and/or Network Operator networks, owned or used by us or provided by us or our third party suppliers or the Network Operators, for purposes of providing any The Company service or product to Subscribers or providing access thereto;
Our Network means all computer equipment utilised by Us or any of Our Related Companies to provide services to You. “Party” means Us or You, or both Us and You, as the context requires.
Our Network means the network(s) used to supply the service to you as set out in the relevant service description.

Porting Authority Form or PAF means an authorisation from you to Port the Phone Number, in such form as provided by us or that we otherwise agree to accept. Preselect an Access Line means to designate a particular supplier to provide Preselectable Calls over that Access Line and Preselection and Preselected have corresponding meanings.
