EFT means electronic funds transfer.
Wire Transfer means a payment in immediately available funds by wire transfer in lawful money of the United States of America to such account or accounts as shall have been designated by notice to the paying party.
Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.
Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:
Merchant means a person who deals in goods of the kind or otherwise by his occupation holds himself out as having knowledge or skill peculiar to the practices or goods involved in the transaction or to whom such knowledge or skill may be attributed by his employment of an agent or broker or other intermediary who by his occupation holds himself out as having such knowledge or skill.
Direct Deposit Disbursement Requests for the Closing Disbursement(s) to be deposited into an account at Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. must specify the amount and applicable account. Each account included in any such Disbursement Request must be listed below. Name on Deposit Account: Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. Deposit Account Number: Further Credit Information/Instructions: Disbursements of Loan Proceeds Subsequent to Loan Closing/Origination Subsequent Disbursement Authorizers: Administrative Agent is authorized to accept one or more Disbursement Requests from any of the individuals named below (each, a “Subsequent Disbursement Authorizer”) to disburse Loan proceeds after the date of the Loan origination/closing and to initiate Disbursements in connection therewith (each, a “Subsequent Disbursement”): Individual’s Name Title 1.
Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.
Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.
ATM means an automated teller machine;
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;
Cardholder Account is the account of a Cardholder as represented by a Card.
Check means a draft, other than a documentary draft, payable on demand and drawn on a bank or a cashier's check or teller's check. An instrument may be a check even though it is described on its face by another term, such as “money order”.
Collection Bank means, at any time, any of the banks holding one or more Collection Accounts.
ACH means automated clearing house transfers.
Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;
Transfer Payment Made As defined in Section 4.03.
Transfer Payment Either or both of a Transfer Payment Made or a Transfer Payment Received.
processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;
Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.
Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
Event Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d).
Transfer Payment Received As defined in Section 4.03.
payment system means a funds transfer system with formal and standardised arrangements and common rules for the processing, clearing and/or settlement of payment transactions;
Stop Out means an instruction to close the Client's open position without the consent of the Client or any prior notice in a case of insufficient funds required for maintaining open positions.
