Vacation Restrictions. Vacation periods shall not extend beyond the calendar year and are not cumulative. The following exception shall apply: an employee with more than ten (10) years of continuous service may elect to hold over one (1) week of vacation time for the period of one (1) year. This option may be used only once during the life of this Agreement.

Vacation Restrictions. Vacation benefits are earned according to the school year. All vacation days shall be used during the employee’s contract year. Vacations shall not be cumulative. Vacations will need ten (10) days prior approval from the Superintendent of schools or his/her designee. The Superintendent or designee may deny a request for vacation as unduly disruptive to District operations if the capacity of the workforce is reduced by more than two (2) employees per classification per building at the time of the request.

The Company shall within five (5) Business Days transfer this Purchase Warrant on the books of the Company and shall execute and deliver a new Purchase Warrant or Purchase Warrants of like tenor to the appropriate assignee(s) expressly evidencing the right to purchase the aggregate number of Shares purchasable hereunder or such portion of such number as shall be contemplated by any such assignment.
