Common use of Vacation Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Vacation Restrictions. Vacation periods shall not extend beyond the calendar year and are not cumulative. The following exception shall apply: an employee with more than ten (10) years of continuous service may elect to hold over one (1) week of vacation time for the period of one (1) year. This option may be used only once during the life of this Agreement.
