Employees on Vacation a) For non-continuous shift employees, an employee on vacation when a paid holiday occurs will receive the paid holiday allowance in addition to his vacation pay or he may receive a day off with pay in lieu thereof at a time mutually satisfactory to the employee and his Security Supervisor.

Employees on Vacation. Employees on vacation are eligible for call-in overtime. An employee who works overtime while he is on vacation or immediately prior to returning from vacation, shall be paid at the appropriate rate.

If an employee accepts such, the employee shall be entitled to additional vacation time equal to the time worked to be re-scheduled at the mutual convenience of the employee and the Town.
