Employees on Vacation a) For non-continuous shift employees, an employee on vacation when a paid holiday occurs will receive the paid holiday allowance in addition to his vacation pay or he may receive a day off with pay in lieu thereof at a time mutually satisfactory to the employee and his Security Supervisor.
Employees on Vacation. Employees on vacation are eligible for call-in overtime. An employee who works overtime while he is on vacation or immediately prior to returning from vacation, shall be paid at the appropriate rate.
Employees on Vacation. An employee on vacation when a paid holiday occurs may arrange with his Supervisor to take a day off with pay in lieu thereof immediately prior to or following his vacation period. However, if the Supervisor is unable to grant the employee either the day immediately prior to or following the employee's vacation period, the employee may arrange with his Supervisor to take a day off with pay in lieu of the paid holiday at some later date mutually satisfactory to the employee and his Supervisor, but it must be taken before April 30th.

Employees on Vacation. The Town of Barrington shall allow four (4) members of the Barrington Fire Department to be on vacation at any time with no more than one (1) member per platoon at any one time.

Employees on Vacation. Any employee who, having started a regularly scheduled vacation period, and who is called back to work because of Town convenience, shall be paid at one and one-half times the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay of all hours worked during the regularly scheduled vacation; however, no employee is required to accept such work. If an employee accepts such, the employee shall be entitled to additional vacation time equal to the time worked to be re-scheduled at the mutual convenience of the employee and the Town.
