INCOME RESTRICTIONS. The Grantee agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Grantee under this Agreement shall be paid by the Grantee to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Grantee has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS. The Recipient agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Recipient under this Agreement shall be paid by the Recipient to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Recipient has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS. The Recipient agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Recipient under this Agreement must be paid by the Recipient to the State Water Board, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Recipient has been reimbursed by the State Water Board under this Agreement.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS. The Funding Recipient agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Funding Recipient under this Agreement shall be paid by the Funding Recipient to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Funding Recipient has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement. The Funding Recipient shall also include in each of its contracts for work under this Agreement a provision that incorporates the requirements stated within this Paragraph.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS. ~ The Contractor agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be paid by the Contractor to CDFW, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Contractor has been reimbursed by CDFW under this Agreement.

Contractor agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be paid by the Contractor to the State or District, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Contractor has been reimbursed by the State or District, respectively, under this Agreement.

The Contractor agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be paid by the Contractor to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Contractor has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS. Unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, the Contractor agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be paid by the Contractor to DHCS, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Contractor has been reimbursed by DHCS under this Agreement.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS. The Grantee agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Grantee under this Agreement shall be paid by the Grantee to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Grantee has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement. INDEPENDENT ACTOR: The Grantee, and its agents and employees, if any, in the performance of this Agreement, shall act in an independent capacity and not as officers, employees or agents of the State Water Board.
