TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. 13.1 Two Wheel Drive travel restrictions for Campervans and Motorhomes also apply. These include but are not limited to the following restrictions:
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. (a) Vehicles:-
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. As is reasonable, Executive has the right to refuse travel to destinations deemed politically unstable or otherwise hostile and/or those that may represent a danger to the Executive’s health and well-being.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.  Travel into Mexico is prohibited;  Travel in Death Valley (California) is prohibited between June 1 and August 31;  Non-public roads and off-road driving is prohibited at all times;  Fraserway does not allow the vehicle to be left unattended by the renter in the city of Montréal, Quebec City, Ottawa or New York. Violating this term will void the CDR and/or CDW agreements and make the renter liable in case of theft and/or damages. Restrictions are in place for the following roads: Yukon: * Canol Road (Hwy 6), North of Xxxx River – not covered by CDR or CDW * Aishihik Lake Road – not covered by CDR or CDW * Road between Xxxxx Lake and Telegraph Creek – allowed with 4x4 trucks only Alaska: * Xxxxxx Highway (Hwy 11), – Restriction in place between Coldfoot and Prudhoe Bay: (allowed with 4x4 trucks only between June 15th and Sep 15th) * XxXxxxxx Road, between Chitina and XxXxxxxx – not covered by CDR or CDW Newfoundland / Labrador: * Travel to Newfoundland and Labrador is not recommended with C-XLarge, A30 and Adventurer 4 motorhomes due to poor road conditions. Vehicle exchanges to these areas may be limited to smaller vehicle types. Fraserway reserves the right to limit travel on any roads or road sections based on changing conditions without notice. Information regarding vehicle replacement in case of breakdowns or accidents outlined in our terms and conditions (see reverse page) do not apply to the restricted roads.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. (a) Vehicles:- i. can only be driven on sealed / bitumen made roads or well maintained access roads less than 550 yards long to recognised campgrounds.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. JUCY reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the rental period. Underground parking, parking garages, drive-thrus: To prevent overhead damage, JUCY vehicles are not allowed in any parking structures or drive thrus. Death Valley and other desert areas: Vehicles are not allowed to operate in Death Valley and other desert areas during 15 July to 15 September due to extremely high temperatures which can cause system failures. At other times renters visit these areas at their own risk and are thus responsible for all recovery and other charges. During certain periods these areas are not habitable and could pose a danger to the driver and passengers. Mexico: Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited. Burning Man Festival: Travel to the Burning Man Festival will incur a $700.00 fee. Additional cleaning fees will be applied upon return of the vehicle if there is any sign of desert dust. (Cleaning fee: $500) Travel to Burning Man Festival without prior consent from JUCY, may incur additional fees. Canada: Any Renter who is a Canadian resident may only take the Rental Vehicle to Canada if they are using the Rental Vehicle for non-commercial purposes to transport their personal goods to a specific destination in Canada. A Canadian resident Renter must also return the Rental Vehicle to the USA within 30 days of the Rental Vehicle entering Canada.
