UFCW Training and Education Fund. Starting from June 1st, 2022, the Company will pay a flat rate of two hundred fifty ($250) dollars per year into the UFCW 401 Training and Education fund. This payment is done once a year, upon reception of an invoice to that effect.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. 23.01 The Company agrees to contribute ten ($0.10) cents per hour to the U.F.C.W. Local 175 Education and Training Fund for all hours paid to bargaining unit employees.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. Within sixty (60) days of the ratification of this Agreement and not subject to retroactivity the Employer agrees to contribute ten ($0.10) cents per hour to the UFCW Training and Education Fund for all regular full-time bargaining unit employees for every regular full hour worked up to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week. Effective on the start of the first pay period following the fourth (4th) anniversary of the ratification of this Agreement (February 9th, 2026). The Employer agrees to increase its contribution to fifteen ($0.15) cents per hour. The purpose of this fund is to provide additional training and educational opportunities to employees. The Employer shall be allowed to provide input to the Union on how to utilize the fund to be more beneficial to employees. The Union agrees to over the life of this Agreement to promote opportunities created through the establishment of this fund. These opportunities must be posted at all times in the plant and verbally communicated in the plant by the Union.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. Within thirty (30) days of ratification the Company agrees to pay three hundred dollars ($300.00) to the UFCW Local 175 Training and Education Fund.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. 22.01 The Company agrees to contribute two (2) cents per hour to the U.F.C.W. Local 175 Education and Training Fund for all hours paid to bargaining unit employees.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. Effective February 1st, 2000, and annually thereafter in the month of February the Employer agrees to contribute five hundred dollars ($500.00) per year to the U.F.C.W. Local 175 Education & Training Fund.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. The Employer agrees to pay five hundred ($500.00) per year to the UFCW Training and Education Fund. The Employer will pay this contribution to the Local Union by November 1st of each year of the Collective Agreement. The Union agrees to have the Chief Xxxxxxx present at the time of new hire orientation to attend a portion of the orientation and provide employees with a copy of their UFCW – 175 & 633 Collective Agreement, or other relevant documentation pertaining to benefits through the union, how to submit benefits claims for reimbursement and all other relevant contact information.
UFCW Training and Education Fund. 26.01 The Company agrees to pay one thousand seven hundred ($1,700.00) per year to the fund on the following dates:

UFCW Training and Education Fund. The Company agrees to pay the following amounts to the UFCW Local 175 Training and Education Fund. Effective date of ratification $1500.00, effective December 1, 2008, $1500.00 and effective December 1, 2009, $1500.00.
