EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. 22.01 i) The Employer shall contribute to the Union the sum of Five cents ($.05) per hour per full- time employee for each hour worked for education and training of Union members.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. 18.01 The Employer agrees to contribute the amount per hour as set out in Schedules “A-1” and “A-2” to the Union Education and Training Fund for all hours worked by all employees.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. 18.01 To further the training of Union members, the Employer agrees to remit one half of one percent (0.5%) of gross wages to the Union’s Education and Training Fund. Training funds shall be remitted in accordance with the timelines stipulated for Union dues.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. The Employer agrees to contribute ten cents ($0.10) per hour for every hour worked by members of this UFCW 247 Bargaining Unit, based on Dental Plan hours, to the United Food & Commercial Workers Local 247 Education and Training Fund, effective the Sunday following the date of ratification, 2002.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. The parties agree that training and development is a good investment and in an attempt to create a collaborative relationship with SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, the parties agree to establish an annual Education and Training Fund. For each year of the contract, the Fund shall be $175,000. The parties agree to jointly administer this Fund by a team of six (6) people – three (3) chosen by the Union and three (3) chosen by the Employer. At least one (1) of the Union’s representatives may be, at the Union’s sole discretion, a SEIU Healthcare Minnesota staff representative. This team shall meet quarterly, up to four (4) hours per quarter. The Employer shall pay all SEIU represented employees who serve as administrators of the Fund for time spent in the administrative meetings, up to sixteen (16) hours per year. The purpose is to fund extensive training and retraining opportunities, such as, professional development courses, career upgrade programs, and other training programs that will enable the Employees to pursue enhanced career opportunities with the Employer. The Employer agrees to bear all administrative costs to the program(s) and these administrative costs shall be paid from the training Fund. It is the intent of the parties that the Fund is to be fully expended each year. If the Fund is not fully expended by the end of each contract year, any remaining funds may be rolled over to the next Fund year; however, the Fund cannot exceed $350,000 by the end of a Fund year. Decisions by the jointly administered Fund shall be by consensus and if consensus cannot be reached, the Committee members shall vote, with representation from both parties voting in equal numbers.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. (a) The Employer shall contribute to the Union the sum of $2000.00 $2500.00 per year for every year of the collective agreement for education and training of Union members.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. 17.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund an hourly amount as set out in Schedule “A” per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Education Fund Administrator in the manner described in Article 6.02 of this Agreement.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. The Employer agrees to contribute five cents ($0.05) per hour for every hour worked by members of the UFCW Local 247 in the store to the United Food and Commercial Workers, Local 247 Education and Training Fund. Employer contributions shall increase by one cent ($0.01) per hour on December 31, 2017 and increase a further one cent ($0.01) on December 30, 2018 and each year thereafter on the last Sunday of the year, until Employer contributions become ten cents ($0.10) per hour.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. The Company shall contribute five hundred ($500.00) dollars per year to the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, Local No. 401 Education and Training Fund.
