SERVICE DAYS. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require Forum, in any capacity under this Agreement, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a business day of the Trust or of a Fund. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day which is not a business day of the Trust or of a Fund shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require Atlantic, in any capacity under this Agreement, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a business day of the Trust or of a Fund. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day, which is not a business day of the Trust or of a Fund, shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by Law.

Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require the Subadministrator, in any capacity under this agreement, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a business day of the Fund or of a Series. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day which is not a business day of the Fund or of a Series shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require Schroder, in any capacity under this agreement, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a business day of the Trust or of a Series. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day which is not a business day of the Trust or of a Series shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require Citibank, in any capacity under this Agreement, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a business day of the Trust or of a Fund. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day, which is not a business day of the Trust or of a Fund, shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by law.
SERVICE DAYS. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require FFC, in any capacity hereunder, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a Fund Business Day. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on days other than a Fund Business Day such days shall be performed on, and as of, the next Fund Business Day. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FFC shall compute the net asset value of the Fund on each day required pursuant to Rule 22 c-1 promulgated under the Act.
SERVICE DAYS. The contractor must on a continuous basis from 07:00 – 15:30, or the office hours where times differ, Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays) provide the staff as indicated. If strikes make it impossible for the service to be provided on a particular day, the service will be provided on an alternative day or a day or days mutually agreed upon. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel management functions and the provisions of relief staff during leave, sick leave, strikes, desertions, stay-away, etc. Failing to continuously meet this requirement may result in the immediate termination of the contract.

Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day which is not a business day of the Corporation or of a Fund shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by law.
SERVICE DAYS. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall require FCS, in any capacity under this Agreement, to perform any functions or duties on any day other than a business day of the Trust. Functions or duties normally scheduled to be performed on any day which is not a business day of the Trust shall be performed on, and as of, the next business day, unless otherwise required by law. Nothing in this Section, however, shall relieve the CCO from reporting to the Board at a regularly scheduled Board meeting.
