Accredited Service means the period of time taken into account under the terms of the Retirement Plan for the purpose of computing a Retirement Plan benefit under the Final Average Pay Formula.
Accredited Service means with respect to any Employee included in the Plan, the period of service as provided in Article IV.
Accredited Service or “Service” means the total of all periods of service as a regular or temporary employee of the Company or as an employee of a predecessor or affiliate company. Accredited Service means the period of employment which shall be taken into account, pursuant to Article III of this Appendix T, in the computation of benefits under the Plan.
Accredited Service means the aggregate of the years and months of active employment in the service of the Company, its predecessors, its associated companies or companies affiliated with Citizens Telecom that is recognized for service purposes. Accredited service shall include all active employment for which a wage or salary was paid, such as paid vacation, holidays, jury duty, lost time due to military service or through service in the Armed Forces, time lost in a layoff status not to exceed twenty-four (24) months, and any additional excused absent time or leave of absence that has been or will be specifically approved for service credit purposes in accordance with the policy, procedures or published statements established by the Company.
Accredited Service means service recognized for the purposes of computing the amount of the Supplemental Pension Benefit under Article IV and for determining the amount of vesting under Section 5.1. A Participant shall be credited with Accredited Service for all Periods of Service during which the Participant was employed by the Employer. In addition, a Participant who has authorized a transfer of assets and liabilities from the Shell Pension Plan to the Restoration Plan as of the Effective Date shall also be credited with Accredited Service for Predecessor Employer Service. Periods of Service shall be computed in years and months and shall be aggregated on the basis that 12 one-month Periods of Service shall equal one full “Year of Accredited Service”.
