Two Weeks. Every employee who completes one (1) calendar year of continuous service is entitled to a vacation of two (2) weeks. Vacation pay is calculated on a basis of four percent (4%) of gross wages earned during the previous calendar year, or two (2) weeks' pay, whichever is the greater.
