The State has the right to request a change in personnel assigned. The State shall not request a change in personnel without reason. The Contractor is obligated to remove personnel within 2 business days of a request by the State, and provide a qualified replacement within 30 days VI. Subcontractor Requirements Xxxxx XxXxx (MKM Consulting) is an approved subcontractor to this agreement. Per Attachment C, Section 15, if the Contractor chooses to subcontract additional work under this agreement, the Contractor must first fill out and submit the Request for Approval to Subcontract Form (Appendix IRequired Forms) in order to seek approval from the State prior to signing an agreement with a third party. Upon receipt of the Request for Approval to Subcontract Form, the State shall review and respond within five (5) business days.
