Contract Administrator definition

Contract Administrator means the contract administrator assigned to the Contract by the SFMTA, or his or her designated agent.

Contract Administrator means the person, firm or corporation appointed by the City and identified by the City in writing to the Contractor. The Contract Administrator may be the City’s Engineer, other employee, or officer, or may be an outside consultant;
