Supervision and Discipline. Contractor shall supervise, coordinate and direct the Services using Contractor’s best skill, judgment and attention. Contractor shall enforce strict discipline and good order among Contractor’s employees, Subcontractors’ employees and all other Persons carrying out the Services. Contractor shall at all times take all necessary precautions to prevent any unlawful or disorderly conduct by or among its employees, employees of Subcontractors and other Persons performing the Services and for the preservation of the peace and the protection of Persons and property at, or in the immediate vicinity of, the Site. Contractor shall only permit the employment of Persons who are fit at the time they are employed and on each Day they perform the Services, who are skilled in the tasks assigned to them, and who are qualified to perform the tasks assigned to them. Contractor shall be responsible for labor peace on the Site and Contractor shall at all times implement policies and practices designed to avoid work stoppages, slowdowns, disputes and strikes where reasonably possible and practical under the circumstances.

Supervision and Discipline. The Contractor shall provide a competent supervisor, or lead person who is qualified, certified, and capable of overseeing activities and authorized to act on behalf of the contractor and direct the work. The contractor's employees shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner and adhere to all center rules and regulations. Contractor shall be responsible for all precautions as may be necessary to fully protect their work both during its execution until its final acceptance of or the omissions of their employees, subcontractors and their agents and employees, and other persons performing any work under a contract with the Contractor or on behalf of the Contractor.
Supervision and Discipline. Daily supervision of all employees assigned to the Lab shall be the responsibility of the appointed Lab Director. Each Party’s employees assigned to or using the Lab shall be required to follow policies and procedures of the Lab which shall be established by the Board. Any concerns regarding performance issues will be communicated by the Lab Director to the Party who directly employs the employee. Each Party shall retain responsibility for the conduct of the employees it assigns to the Lab and will be responsible for investigating and handling any complaints made against the employees it assigns to the Lab. Supervision and Discipline. The City Administrator has immediate supervision over the treasurer, clerk, code official, sewer and water superintendent, electrical superintendent, police chief, street superintendent and other such officials as the governing body may prescribe. The City Administrator supervises the day-to-day operations of the electric, water, sewer, city clerk, streets, sanitation, auto maintenance, and parks departments, and all employees under this direction shall obey the direction of the City Administrator. The City Administrator analyzes the functions, duties, and activities of the various departments, divisions, and services of the City and its employees, makes recommendations to the Mayor, and acts as the agent of the Mayor in the discharge of the Mayor’s duties superintending and controlling of all officers and affairs of the City. In acting as the Mayor’s agent, City Administrator will act in consultation with the Mayor in disciplining, terminating, or placing City employees on administrative leave with full pay and benefits. For employees under City Administrator’s direct supervision, City Administrator has the authority to discipline, terminate, or place employees on administrative leave with full pay and benefits, as provided by city code, state law, the City’s personnel manual, and this Agreement.
Supervision and Discipline. 8.1 The supervision and control of all operations and the direction of all working forces, which shall include, but not be limited to, the right to hire, to establish work schedules, to suspend or discharge for proper cause, to promote or transfer employees, to relieve employees from duty because of lack of work, or for other legitimate reasons, shall be vested exclusively in the Company, except as otherwise covered in this Agreement.
