Pay and Benefits. An employee involved in a return to work program will receive pay and benefits as set out below. Employees participating in a return to work program for fifteen (15) hours or more per week are entitled to all the benefits of the agreement, on a proportionate basis, except for medical, extended health and dental plan coverage, which shall be paid in accordance with Article 38. Wage entitlement, when participating in the program, will be consistent with the terms of the agreement and are outlined below:
Pay and Benefits. A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.
Pay and Benefits. 6.1 While working under an in-person, on-campus learning model, a hybrid model, or a total distance learning model, or during a period of total emergency school closure, bargaining unit members shall continue to receive their full compensation and benefits in accordance with state orders and/or guidance. If extracurricular duties can and are performed, bargaining unit members shall continue to receive stipends and/or additional pay, as provided for under the CBA.
Pay and Benefits. 4.1 With effect from the 1 November 2003 you will be paid salary at the rate of £235,000 per annum, payable in arrears at the end of each month (or, at the discretion of the Board, earlier). This salary will, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company, be inclusive of all fees and other remuneration to which you may be or become entitled as a director of the Company or of any of its subsidiaries or associated companies for the time being.

You agree that you have received all compensation and benefits, including but not limited to any non-monetary benefits such as leave time, to which you are entitled in connection with your employment with the Company, except for what you shall receive under this Agreement. You further agree that the Company has satisfied in full any contractual obligations it may have to you, including pursuant to your Employment Agreement dated December 4, 2020 (the “Employment Agreement”) and your Severance Agreement dated October 21, 2021 (the “Severance Agreement”). You agree to make no claims for further compensation from the Company of any type, including bonus payments, commission payments, other than your earned and unpaid vacation pay which will be paid to you on your Separation Date. You acknowledge that, except to the extent provided in this Agreement, the Company is under no obligation to provide you with any other benefits (monetary or otherwise).

(a) Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable Law, applicable Labor Agreement, or as provided otherwise in this Agreement, as of the MatCo Distribution Date, (i) MatCo shall, or shall cause the applicable member of the MatCo Group to, provide each Heritage DuPont MatCo Employee with Target Total Direct Compensation that is no less than the Target Total Direct Compensation such employee received immediately prior to the MatCo Distribution Date, as well as market competitive Benefits; (ii) AgCo shall, or shall cause the applicable member of the AgCo Group to, provide each Heritage Dow AgCo Employee with Target Total Direct Compensation that is no less than the Target Total Direct Compensation such employee received immediately prior to the MatCo Distribution Date, as well as market competitive Benefits; (iii) SpecCo shall, or shall cause the applicable member of the SpecCo Group to, provide each Heritage Dow SpecCo Employee with Target Total Direct Compensation that is no less than the Target Total Direct Compensation such employee received immediately prior to the MatCo Distribution Date, as well as market competitive Benefits; (iv) AgCo shall, or shall cause the applicable member of the AgCo Group to, provide each Heritage DuPont AgCo Assigned Employee with Target Total Direct Compensation that is no less than the Target Total Direct Compensation such employee received immediately prior to the MatCo Distribution Date, as well as market competitive Benefits; and (v) SpecCo shall, or shall cause the applicable member of the SpecCo Group to, provide each Heritage DuPont SpecCo Assigned Employee with Target Total Direct Compensation that is no less than the Target Total Direct Compensation such employee received immediately prior to the MatCo Distribution Date, as well as market competitive Benefits.
Pay and Benefits. The FMLA LEAVE is unpaid. However, the employee must use sick leave and annual leave, if any, during this leave, unless the leave is running concurrently with Worker’s Compensation leave. Sick leave is utilized beginning with the first day of leave. Employees are required to use annual leave when their sick leave is exhausted. Employees must exhaust their own sick leave and annual leave before receiving donated time. Regardless of whether the employee receives pay during the leave, the full amount of leave will be counted toward the twelve (12) week maximum leave available in a twelve (12) month period. The employee will not accrue any annual leave, sick time, or holidays during the FMLA. While on leave, the employee may not receive government compensation (unemployment, etc.) or perform work for another employer. The employee will continue to be covered by the County’s group health insurance plan during the FMLA, if he/she pays his/her portion of the premium or makes prepayment arrangements. Insurance may stop if the County learns the employee does not intend to return to employment or does not return to employment or does not pay his/her portion of the premium. In some cases, the County may request the employee to reimburse it for any premiums it has paid on his/her behalf during the leave, unless the reason he/she did not return was because of a continued serious health condition or for other reasons beyond his/her control.
Pay and Benefits. The Ferro Sellers will be solely responsible for all employment and benefits costs for Dutch Transferred Employees which arise and are payable up to the Closing and Olympic Plastics will be solely responsible for all employment and benefits costs for Dutch Transferred Employees which arise and are payable upon and from the Closing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following specific provisions will apply to the Dutch Transferred Employees:
