Storage of Materials. The Contractor shall provide, erect and maintain proper sheds for the storage and protection of the materials etc. and also for the execution of Work which may be prepared on the Site. Scaffolding, Staging, Guard-rails: The Contractor shall provide steel scaffolding, staging, guard-rails, and temporary stairs which shall be required during construction or for execution of Work. The support for the scaffolding, staging, guard-rails and temporary stairs shall be strong and adequate for the particular situation. The temporary access, if any set up shall be rigid and strong enough to avoid any chance of mishaps. The arrangement proposed shall be subject to the Approval of the Owner/ EIC.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
