Post-Production. CBSW will store at the Facility free of charge any Product, in-process materials, Client Materials, equipment and other Client property that remains at the Facility on the date of termination of this Agreement (collectively "Remaining Client Property"), for up to [***] business days. If Client has not provided any instructions as to the shipment or other disposition of Remaining Client Property prior to the expiration of such [***] day period, CBSW may, in its sole discretion, destroy such Remaining Client Property, or continue to store such Remaining Client Property at the Facility or elsewhere. In the event that CBSW continues to store such Remaining Client Property, Client will pay to CBSW a storage charge at CBSW's then-standard storage rates for the period beginning on the [***] day after the expiration or termination of the Production Term through the date that the storage terminates. CBSW's current storage rates are set forth in Schedule 11.1.

Post-Production. With respect to the manufacture and supply of a Product, LONZA will store at the applicable Facility free of charge any in–process materials, CLIENT Materials, equipment and other CLIENT property that remains at such Facility on the date of expiration or termination of the Production Term for such Product (collectively, “Remaining CLIENT Property”), for up to fifteen (15) calendar days. If CLIENT has not provided any instructions as to the shipment or other disposition of Remaining CLIENT Property prior to the expiration of such fifteen (15) day period, LONZA shall continue to store such Remaining CLIENT Property at the applicable Facility, and may notify CLIENT that LONZA intends to destroy such Remaining CLIENT Property; provided, however, that LONZA shall not destroy any Remaining CLIENT Property unless LONZA has first given CLIENT thirty (30) days advance written notice in order to permit CLIENT to arrange for the transfer or other disposition of such Remaining CLIENT Property. In the event that LONZA continues to store such Remaining CLIENT Property, CLIENT will pay to LONZA a storage charge at LONZA’s then-standard storage rates for the period beginning on the sixteenth (16th) day after the expiration or termination of the Production Term; provided, however, that with respect to storage of Product, such storage charges shall not begin until the thirtieth (30th) day after the expiration or termination of the Production Term. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to permitted delays by CLIENT of the delivery of Product pursuant to Section 4.6, the time periods described above in this Section 7.3 shall be tolled during the period of any such permitted delay, and shall not begin to run unless and until such permitted delay period has expired.
Post-Production. LWI will store at the Facility free of charge any in–process materials, CLIENT Materials, equipment and other CLIENT property (other than Product manufactured hereunder) that remains at the Facility on the date of expiration or termination of the Production Term (collectively “Remaining CLIENT Property”), for up to 15 calendar days. If CLIENT has not provided any instructions as to the shipment or other disposition of Remaining CLIENT Property prior to the expiration of such fifteen (15)-day period, LWI may, in its sole discretion, destroy such Remaining CLIENT Property, or continue to store such Remaining CLIENT Property at the Facility or elsewhere. In the event that LWI continues to store such Remaining CLIENT Property, CLIENT will pay to LWI a storage charge at LWI’s then-standard storage rates for the period beginning on the sixteenth (16th) day after the expiration or termination of the Production Term through the date that the storage terminates.

LONZA may, in its sole discretion, [***], or continue to store such Remaining CLIENT Property at the Facility or elsewhere. In the event that LONZA continues to store such Remaining CLIENT Property, CLIENT will pay to LONZA a storage charge at LONZA’s then-standard monthly storage rates for the period beginning on the [***] after the completion of the manufacturing of the applicable Product through the date that the storage terminates.
Post-Production. LHI will store at the Facility free of charge any in–process materials, CLIENT Materials, equipment and other CLIENT property (other than Product manufactured hereunder) that remains at the Facility on the date of expiration or termination of the Production Term (collectively “Remaining CLIENT Property”), for up to 30 calendar days. If CLIENT has not provided any instructions as to the shipment or other disposition of Remaining CLIENT Property prior to the expiration of such thirty (30)-day period, LHI may, continue to store such Remaining CLIENT Property at the Facility or elsewhere. In the event that LHI continues to store such Remaining CLIENT Property, CLIENT will enter into a storage agreement with LHI and agree to pay to LHI a storage charge at LHI’s then-standard monthly storage rates for the period beginning on the thirty-first (31st) day after the expiration or termination of the Production Term through the date that the storage terminates.

At the date of expiration or termination of the Production Term, LWI shall provide an overview of the Remaining TiGenix Property.
