Own Cost Clause Samples

Own Cost. Administrator shall keep and maintain the rented equipment during the terms of the rental at Administrator’s own cost and expense and shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear excepted.

Own Cost. The Society shall perform all obligations, covenants, and agreements under this Agreement solely at its own cost.
