Plant and Equipment definition

Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

Examples of Plant and Equipment in a sentence

  • Subject to clause 21.2, the Lessee shall, unless the Lessor agrees to the contrary, prior to Termination or on the termination of any period of holding over, make good the Leased Premises, the Facilities on the Leased Premises and those parts of the Plant and Equipment affected by the Lessee's occupation of the Leased Premises.

  • If the Lessee does not comply with the obligation to make good as set out in clause 21.3, the Lessee shall pay the Lessor within twenty eight (28) days after the Lessor requests payment, any costs reasonably incurred by the Lessor to make good the Leased Premises, the Facilities on the Leased Premises and those parts of the Plant and Equipment affected by the Lessee’s occupation of the Leased Premises.
