Site Survey Sample Clauses

A Site Survey clause establishes the requirement for one or both parties to inspect and assess the physical location where work or services will be performed. Typically, this involves the contractor visiting the site before commencing work to evaluate conditions, identify potential obstacles, and verify that the site is ready for the intended activities. By mandating a site survey, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about site conditions, reduces the risk of unforeseen complications, and ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the work environment before the project begins.
