Auditor General. For greater certainty the LHIN’s rights under this article are in addition to any rights provided to the Auditor General under the Auditor General Act (Ontario).

Auditor General. 5.1 The Supplier acknowledges that the Auditor-General has, without limitation, the power to inspect any such accounts, records or other documents and retain them for such time as he thinks fit, and make copies of them or any of their contents and enter any building or other premises for the purpose of undertaking an audit of a public authority under the Public Finance and Audit Xxx 0000 (SA).
Auditor General. Nothing in this Agreement derogates from the powers of the Auditor- General under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1987 (SA).
Auditor General. The Auditor General may, at the Auditor General’s cost, conduct an audit with respect to the use of any Funds under this Agreement. For the purposes of facilitating such an audit, the Recipient shall release to Ontario upon request and in a timely manner, for the purpose of releasing to the Auditor General:
