Employment Discrimination. In all contracts, regardless of contract amount, the Contractor will abide by the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and will require each subcontractor to do so. If this Contract is for a consideration in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), then during the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees as follows:
