Audit Period definition

Audit Period. Has the meaning given in Section 9.9(a) of the Agreement. Authorized User(s) Means, unless otherwise indicated, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, customers, and vendors of DIR or any DIR Customer and any other person(s) designated by DIR or any DIR Customer to receive or use the Systems or Services provided by Service Provider. Availability or Available Means that the full functionality of a Service Component is available for use by the Authorized Users and is not degraded in any material respect. Bankruptcy Code Has the meaning given in Section 20.5(b) of the Agreement.
Audit Period means the seven year period following Contractor’s provision of any work under the Contract. “Bidder(s)” are those companies that submit a proposal in response to this RFP.
