Automobile Liability Sample Clauses

Automobile Liability. The Grantee shall provide proof of Automobile Liability coverage, which shall include: Owned, Hired and Non-Owned. Bodily Injury and Property Damage Combined Single Limit shall be at least $1,000,000 Per Accident.
Automobile Liability. Business Auto Liability Insurance covering all owned, non-owned or hired automobiles, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 Single Limit of liability per accident for Bodily Injury and Property Damage; If a separate Business Auto Liability policy is not available, coverage for hired and non-owned auto liability may be endorsed on the Commercial General Liability policy.
Automobile Liability. This policy is required only if Contractor uses an automobile or other vehicle in the performance of this Agreement. The policy must cover bodily injury and property damage liability and be applicable to all vehicles used in Contractor’s performance of this Agreement whether owned, non-owned, leased, or hired. The policy must provide combined single limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Automobile Liability. If licensed vehicles will be used in connection with the performance of the work, Seller shall carry and maintain, and ensure that any subcontractor thereof who uses a licensed vehicle in connection with the performance of the work carries and maintains, throughout the period when work is performed and until final acceptance by Buyer, Business Automobile Liability insurance covering all vehicles, whether owned, hired, rented, borrowed or otherwise, with available limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage.

Automobile Liability. The automobile liability policy shall be endorsed to state that: (1) the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers shall be covered as additional insureds with respect to the ownership, operation, maintenance, use, loading or unloading of any auto owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the Consultant or for which the Consultant is responsible; and (2) the insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers, or if excess, shall stand in an unbroken chain of coverage excess of the Consultant’s scheduled underlying coverage. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers shall be excess of the Consultant’s insurance and shall not be called upon to contribute with it in any way.
Automobile Liability. $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury. Coverage extends to owned, hired and non-owned automobiles. If the vendor/contractor does not own an automobile, but one is used in the execution of this Contract, then only hired and non-owned coverage is required. If a vehicle is not used in the execution of this Contract then automobile coverage is not required.
