The State monitors certain quality and performance standards, and holds the Contractor accountable for delivering the scope of work, as defined in Exhibit B – INDOT & Other State Agencies Specifications and Exhibit C – Local Governmental Entities Specifications of the Contract, and being in compliance with contract terms.
Deductions resulting from non-compliance of the Scopes of Work listed in Exhibit B – INDOT & Other State Agencies Specifications and Exhibit C – Local Governmental Entities Specifications are detailed in these documents and will be applied by the purchasing entity per the guidelines and timeframes set forth in these documents.

Respondents cannot bid on specific locals within an INDOT district; if respondent is awarded Local Governmental Entities' business for an INDOT district, the awarded vendor will hold supply up to 120% for each Local Governmental Entity listed in the INDOT district awarded.
The failure by the Board, the Local Governmental Entities or the Governor, to approve the Exemption for the Company in the manner provided by the Rules, constitutes a default under this Agreement.
