Suggested Topics FOR Discussion: • Sharing Ideas on Improving Customer Service/Growing Sales in the Store • Solution-based discussion on any issues of concern that are raised • Community Outreach by UFCW 1518 and/or OFG • Management Update on Store and Company’s Overall Performance • Discussion on Contract Items (if there are questions on a specific area in the CBA) • Topic of the Month (discuss Collective Agreement language on the specified Topic of the Month to be selected by a joint committee – see last page of this document) • Appreciation and Recognition (identifying things that are going well and/or people that should be recognized and appreciated) Topics NOT for Discussion: • Changing the terms of the contract • Grievances, Employee Specific Issues, Duty To Accommodates, Harassment Complaints and/or Specific Discipline Cases Meeting Structure The meeting structure is outlined below to ensure consistency in the process for each store: • Meetings shall be held in every store on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of every month • Shop Stewards and Store Management will be scheduled to attend the meetings • Schedule members from various departments to attend meetings on a rotating basis to increase exposure of the process to all people in the store • Guests/Observers who volunteer to attend will be scheduled whenever possible to encou...

Shared Goals.  The parties seek to improve the Judiciary’s provision of meaningful access to LEP individuals in the Vermont Court system. The Judiciary aims to make reasonable efforts to provide LEP individuals with timely and qualified language assistance, both oral and written, in all proceedings of the courts as well as in court services and programs, with services to be provided in a reasonably effective and efficient manner, at no cost to the LEP individuals.  The efforts are intended to improve compliance with V.R.C.P. 43(f), V.R.Cr.P. 28, V.R.P.P. 43(e), and Title VI.  The efforts to be undertaken by the parties are consistent with the Judiciary’s stated mission “to provide equal access to justice, protect individual rights, resolve legal disputes fairly and timely, and provide everyone the opportunity to have their day in court” and its vision that “[t]he people of Vermont will have trust and confidence in the Vermont state courts because the courts are fair, impartial, accessible, responsive, consistent, free of discrimination, independent, and well-managed.”  By engaging each other in a voluntary, open, and collaborative manner, the parties hope to achieve results in a more timely, efficient, and effective way than might otherwise occur.

Catalytic Policy Commitment: Collaborate through the Growth Management Planning Council, Sound Cities Association, and other partners to adopt countywide GHG emissions reduction targets, including mid-term milestones needed to support long-term reduction goals. Catalytic Project or Program: Build on King County’s commitment to measure and report on countywide GHG emissions by sharing this data between cities and partners, establishing a public facing dashboard for tracking progress, and using the information to inform regional climate action.
