Meeting Dates. The AAUP shall advise the College of the dates and times of regular scheduled meetings of the AAUP. Such dates and times shall be submitted by the College to members of the administration with instructions that best efforts be made so that no bargaining unit member shall be required to attend any meeting which conflicts with such regularly scheduled AAUP meetings. Instructional duties shall not be canceled in favor of AAUP meetings. Resolutions of conflicts with other duties is the responsibility of unit members.
Meeting Dates. Meetings of the LRAC shall be held at the mutual consent of the Employer and the Association and at mutually agreeable times and locations. Either side may request a meeting and the meeting shall be held as soon as possible, but in every case within thirty (30) calendar days of such request unless mutually agreed otherwise. Agenda items that comply with Subsection 19.3 A, submitted at the time the request to meet is made, shall be included on the agenda of the next meeting, and reasonable time shall be given to discuss those items.
Meeting Dates. A. Meetings of the LRAC shall be held at the mutual consent of the Employer and the Association. All meetings of the committee shall be held at a mutually agreeable location.
Meeting Dates. The Operating Committee shall hold meetings at such times, means and places as the members shall determine from time to time. Minutes of each Operating Committee meeting shall be prepared and maintained.

Except by agreement of the representatives of the Board and the Association, meetings shall begin no earlier than 120 days and not later than 60 days prior to the date of expiration of the agreement, and shall be concluded no later than 30 days prior to the agreement expiration date. The conclusion date may be extended by the Board and Association representatives.
Meeting Dates i. Monthly: The Committee shall review requests for withdrawals from the Sick Leave Bank, as the need arises, but no less frequently than once a month.
Meeting Dates. Unless other mutually acceptable arrangements are made by the parties, the date, time, place, and agenda of the next meeting shall be established through mutual consent before adjournment of any meeting.
Meeting Dates. The Association may use District buildings and equipment for the purpose of having meetings and transacting business. Meeting times and places shall be scheduled with the building administrator. All Association meetings in district buildings shall take place outside the regular workday, unless mutually agreed to by the Administration and the Association.
Meeting Dates. Upon written request and approval of the Director or designee, the Association may be allowed the use of the facilities of the Agency for meetings when such facilities are available and the meeting would not interfere with the business of the Agency.
Meeting Dates. The ZERO Special Meeting and the API Special Meeting shall be held on such dates as are mutually determined by ZERO and API.
