S COPE OF WORK. Halliburton shall provide the Program materials and support as set forth in Addendum X. Xxxxxxxxxxx shall use reasonable efforts to provide Mentoring of the Program, provided that Halliburton has the right refuse Mentoring specific research projects upon review of a project description at its discretion. Institution shall use reasonable efforts to perform the educational and research efforts relating to the Program will furnish the facilities necessary to carry out the Program. The Scope of Work shall not be changed except by written amendment to this Agreement signed by the Parties. Nothing in this Agreement limits the freedom of researchers, whether as participants in this Agreement or not, to engage in similar inquiries made independently under other grants, contracts or agreements with parties other than Halliburton, subject to the confidentiality provisions included herein.

S COPE OF WORK. Grantee will perform all activities in accordance with the terms of this Contract; Request for Applications (RFA) for Statewide Hospital Preparedness Program, System Agency Solicitation No. #000-0-0000, which is attached hereto as Attachment G and incorporated herein by reference; Xxxxxxx's Solicitation Response Revised Documents, which is attached hereto as Attachment I and incorporated herein by reference; and Xxxxxxx's response to the RFA including any revisions, which is attached hereto as Attachment H and incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict, the following order of precedence shall prevail:

S COPE OF WORK. The Scope of Work (“Work”) for this Agreement shall consist of one or more of the following categories, by or on behalf of the Recipient, within the an Integrated Connectivity Project (ICP) Area as detailed in the Project Report incorporated herein as Exhibit A-1: Included (“x”) Grant Award Categories Housing-Related Infrastructure (HRI) x Program Costs (PGM) x Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (STI) x Transportation-Related Amenities (TRA) The Department, the Recipient and other parties as required by the Department shall enter into a Disbursement Agreement governing among other things the disbursement of Program funds as more particularly described in Exhibit B hereto. At the request of the Department, Recipient shall provide further and additional evidence sufficient to demonstrate the existence and/or completion of the items listed in the Project Report for which the Recipient’s Application received points. Failure to provide such evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of the Department may result in a reevaluation of the Application and the reductions or cancellation of the amount of the grant award, require repayments of any disbursed Program funds and the disencumbrance of Program funds awarded.
S COPE OF WORK. The scope of Subcontractor’s Work shall be defined by written Work Order to this Agreement. Subcontractor agrees to commence Subcontractor’s work as authorized by the written Work Order and to complete such work within the time set out in the contract documents for the project (“Contract Documents’). Subcontractor’s work shall include all labor and materials necessary or incidental to completing the work in a manner which complies with this Agreement and the Contract Documents, meets the highest industry standards, meets product and material manufacturer’s requirements, and complies with applicable laws, regulations and ordinances (“Subcontractor’s Work” or “Work”). The Subcontractor agrees, per their published price list, to furnish labor, misc materials, services, taxes, permits, fees, freight delivery, supplies, insurance, according to the plans and specifications (details thereof to be furnished as needed) of Architect/Designer/Iron River Construction, LLC, and to the full satisfaction of said Architect/Designer/Iron River Construction, LLC. The Subcontractor shall pay all sales taxes for all materials and labor furnished under this contract. No extra work or changes under this contract will be recognized or paid for unless agreed to by the production team at Iron River Construction. Contractor shall receive a signed Change Order before additional work is done or the changes made. All change orders become part of this original agreement and are contractual. Each Subcontractor shall inform himself fully of all codes, regulations and conditions relating to the construction and labor under which the work is to begin or will be performed, obtain and pay for permits, give all legal fees and secure certificates of inspections that may be require by authorities having jurisdiction over the work.
S COPE OF WORK. The project is more particularly described as follows: Purchase, permitting and installation of shade structures at Alex Road Skatepark more particularly described in the Scope of Work dated June 29, 2020 (Exhibit A). The CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, labor, material and incidentals necessary for the completion of this work according to Exhibit A.

S COPE OF WORK. ROAD AND BIKEWAY ENGINEERING SERVICES Consultants must be experienced in all types of design related to roadways and bikeways, including geometrics, design speeds, safety, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, soil mechanics, and computer programs related to roadway designs. Typical tasks may include preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for design of roadway and/or bikeway projects. The requested services consist, in general, of preparation of preliminary design studies and reports, Plans, Special Provisions and Engineer’s Estimates (PS&E), and independent checks of engineering documents related to the design and construction of roadway and bikeway improvements. Certain related support services as described herein may also be requested. This General Scope of Work exemplifies the types of work that may be required.
