Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure. The Scope of Work for this Agreement for Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (“STI Work”) shall consist of the following: INSERT DESCRIPTION OF STI- BE SURE TO DELETE NON-CONTRACTUAL LANGUAGE TEMP The Recipient is responsible for and shall ensure the completion of the STI Work in accordance with Program requirements, the Application, and the criteria set forth in the Project Report. The Department reserves the right to review and approve all STI Work to be performed by the Recipient in relation to this Agreement. Any revision to the STI Work shall be submitted in writing for review and approval by the Department and shall require an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Environmental Services 1. Preparation of Environmental Documentation (CEQA/NEPA) including but not limited to the following:

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.
