This Lot provides Authorized Users with a mechanism to purchase Products including Hardware, pre-packaged installation, configuration, training, extended warranties, maintenance/support, and, ancillary equipment and accessories offered by the Contractor in its Published Price List may be included under this Lot.
Published Price List Shall refer to a set of prices from which a Contractor offers Products for sale that is comprehensive, published, most current, regularly maintained, contains non-discounted and non-NYS specific prices.
Will only be accepted if the Bidder offers a NYS Contract Price that has a forty percent (40%) (or higher) Total Discount percentage off the Contractor Published Price List.
The Published Price List may be superseded or replaced during the Contract term only if price revisions are the result of a modification to the manufacturer’s official Published Price List.

The term “Products” shall mean all products offered for sale by SUPPLIER generally, as set forth and described in SUPPLIER’s then current Published Price List (Price List) as attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Requests must include specifications for recommended replacement, a current Published Price List and an updated Contract Price List.
Thereafter, the Contractor may annually request updates to the Contract Price List based on pricing and items offered in an updated Published Price List.
