RIGHT OF ADMISSION. We reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel your membership and/or terminate the Agreement without warning to any persons including members for any reason which we consider to be reasonably necessary to ensure the safety of our members and their enjoyment of our services and facilities. Such as wearing inappropriate clothing or footwear; failing to use a towel; poor hygiene; being under the influence of drugs or alcohol; distributing illegal or performance enhancing drugs, engaging in conduct that is disruptive or offensive to other members; or damaging equipment or facilities. You may not conduct, promote, or solicit other business without prior permission of CBG management. No refunds will be issued. You agree to follow any reasonable direction from a member of our staff relating to health or safety or any other matter. We reserve absolute discretion when approving membership applications and terminating Agreements.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION. Only entrepreneurs and/or professional will be admitted to the Event. However, Easyfairs may allow the entrance of students and/or university personnel who fulfil the requirements established by Easyfairs. RIGHT OF ADMISSION. Action Black reserves the right to admit or deny access to members and/or guests at the discretion of the respective branch manager or authorized personnel. • The member declares to be in good health, fit for physical activities, and free from contagious diseases that could harm other members, thus releasing Action Black from any responsibility for problems related to this matter. • Individuals deemed high-risk by Action Black must undergo a medical appointment before engaging in any physical activities. If the medical personnel do not grant approval for physical activities, access to the premises will be blocked. • Members who do not qualify as high-risk and choose not to attend a prior clinical assessment must sign the Informed Consent in person at the registered branch. • Members who violate the terms and conditions of the contract and/or general service regulations will receive a written notification. In the case of repeated violations, their membership and contract may be canceled. In the case of Action Black Unlimited membership, where penalties for early cancellation apply, these penalties will be enforced in addition to fines and damages. Any attempted theft or damage to Action Black's property or other members' property will be reported to the relevant authorities • In addition to the previously mentioned behaviors, Action Black reserves the right to consider other inappropriate and prohibited conduct that is not in line with the objectives of Action Black. • Any rules, notices, and guidelines posted inside Action Black branches or on the website that are not included in this agreement become an integral part of it. Failure to comply may result in membership and contract cancellation.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION. It is at the discretion of the ICD 2020 planning committee whether to engage with a representative of the private sector for participation in the ICD 2020. The ICD 2020 planning committee reserves the right to remove a sponsor or exhibitor at any time where it is found by the committee that the sponsor’s behaviour is no longer in agreement with the guidelines stipulated above.

Under 22s - If the event is predominantly for under 22 year olds, a £500 Good Behaviour Bond is required. A minimum of two SIA approved security staff of our choice/veto need to be hired to ensure the safety of all parties and that no alcohol is brought onto the premises. Four over 30 year old sober adults will need to be present to help ensure the safety of all at the event. Unless otherwise decided by the Committee.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION. Temple Fitness reserves the right to refuse entry to any person including members, and Temple Fitness has the right to cancel your membership without warning or notice for any inappropriate behavior so deemed by the club’s manager or staff. Including but not limited to damaging club property, intimidating or harassing staff or members, and entering the club while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. PAYMENT OF FEES: All ongoing memberships are paid either weekly or fortnightly via Direct Debit or in advance. Where applicable, all merchant fees associated with credit card payments may be recovered from your nominated credit card account. If they are not paid on the due date, you agree that we may continue to debit the nominated credit/debit account with the total amount due without notice to you. MONEY OUTSTANDING/NO ACCOUNT DETAILS: If any amount payable for your membership is not paid on the due date, access to the Club will be suspended until such time as payments are paid in full (late fees of up to $15.00 per transaction plus recovery costs may be charged). Any monies outstanding for other services, i.e. personal training, late fees, may be automatically deducted from your supplied bank account/credit card if not paid at reception. Where no account details are provided or debit authority is withheld, Temple Fitness will suspend your membership until full account details are pro-vided.
