Professional Registration. The Consultant shall endorse, as required by law, plans and reports prepared under this Agreement, and shall affix thereto his or her seal of professional registration, showing that he or she is licensed to practice in the State of Wyoming.
Professional Registration. To the extent the work requires engineering services, Consultant will affix and sign the seal of a registered professional engineer or architect licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska, on all applicable documents, plans, specifications, and reports prepared under this Agreement as required by the Nebraska Engineers and Architects Regulations Act.

The District shall pay the registration and renewal fees for professional registered engineers, licensed land surveyors, and those employees who hold a current California Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator's Certificate where the registration and/or certificate is a requirement of the employee's classification.

Medical/Professional qualifications For those currently not required to be registered, evidence from an appropriate body that professional standards are met Work health and safety, clinical safety and quality The Fundholder and Participant undertake to ensure: all activity conducted as part of this service is carried out safely for all persons involved and complies with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and any legislative requirements defined in this Act that relate to the health and safety of any person; all health services and/or procedures provided to patients are clinically safe and of a quality that is compliant with relevant healthcare quality standards; and the impact on patient safety and quality of care is considered in all decisions made in respect to patients and how the service is delivered.
Professional Registration. 44.1 The employer will reimburse such employees with any XXXXX, ASAR, ANZSNM, or Radiation Health Licence Queensland fee if relevant and required to perform the employee’s role on receipt of evidence of payment by the employee. The employer must be presented with a copy of the above licenses and registration for inclusion in HR files. Non-compliance may result in with-holding of the allowance.
Professional Registration. The supplier shall ensure where applicable, that employees are registered with their respective professional bodies prior to placement, for example registration with SACPCMP, ECSA, PMSA.
Professional Registration. 4.1 It is your responsibility to maintain your professional registration (e.g. with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the Health Professions Council or the General Medical Council) where this is required, for you to provide services through the Bank. If your professional registration should cease for any reason you must inform your Home Trust immediately and cease working on your particular assignment immediately.
