Personal Training definition

Personal Training is hereby defined as: • physical activities aimed at assisting in the performance of training exercises, • motivating customers to exercise and supervising and coordinating their training, • precise instructing customers in each of the exercises, • preparing a set of repeated exercises for customers, • as well as providing physical exercise instructions for one or more persons (organised groups).
Personal Training means personal training approved by CBHS from time to time and received as part of a Health Management Program.
Personal Training means athletic training, physical training, personal training or similar services (including, without limitation, instruction, education, guidance, advice, training, counsel or assistance with respect to bodybuilding, weight loss, figure development, nutrition, diet, physical fitness, exercise, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength or muscular endurance, as well as assessing fitness needs, designing appropriate exercise regimens, and motivating clients to achieve fitness goals) rendered on a one-on-one or small-group basis.

Further, and for the avoidance of doubt, no LICENSEE Party shall make use of LICENSOR’ s fitness equipment or other services or amenities located at the Facilities (including, without limitation, any of the Facilities’ locker rooms, showers, group fitness classes, basketball courts, racquetball courts, lobby chairs, Kids Klub, Kids Klub restrooms, pool, and spa) except as explicitly set forth herein unless such party is a Member; provided, however, that LICENSEE’s employees and Customers may access the Facilities’ locker rooms solely for the limited purpose of using the restrooms therein (and not for changing or storing clothes or other uses).
