Early Cancellation. 16.1 Unless otherwise stated by Axians in writing, prior to the Delivery Date the Customer shall be entitled to cancel any delivery of any Product(s) provided that a minimum of forty-five (45) days written notice is given before the earlier of (as applicable): 16.1.1 the Delivery Date; or 16.1.2 the intended date any Product(s) are to be received by Axians at its storage or pre-staging facility (as relevant). Upon exercising its right of cancellation under this Clause 16.1, the Customer shall be required to pay any reasonable and demonstrable costs that Axians has incurred as a result of such cancellation. 16.2 Except as detailed in Clause 16.1 or may otherwise be specified in an executed Statement of Work, the Customer shall have no right of cancellation and the Customer shall be required to pay the Total Charges for any Product(s).

Early Cancellation. VSAT Satellite Dish Subscriber agrees to the term of the twelve (12) months Agreement. BGAN Satellite Subscriber agrees to the term of the twelve (12) months with automatic renewal annually. Subscriber is liable for the entire value of the contract term, even if the Service is cancelled before the completion of the 12 or 24 month contract.

Early Cancellation of This Agreement by the University - The University reserves the right to cancel this agreement under the following terms and conditions: 3.3.1 When the university terminates the agreement with the student for any reason, the student is responsible for all fees and charges through the last date of occupancy. 3.3.2 To meet the demand for on-campus accommodations for those students required to live on campus, the university reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the student is not required by policy to live on campus. Should this occur the university will notify the student of cancellation on or before July 1, 2021, to provide the student ample time to make arrangements for off- campus accommodations. 3.3.3 If the student fails to maintain his/her eligibility for placement in the Residence Life Program or within a certain facility. 3.3.4 If the student is determined by university officials to be a danger to self or others or if the student has been disruptive of the goals of the Residence Life Program or the legitimate activities of other residents. 3.3.5 The student has not made payments towards their tuition or room and board fees. 3.3.6 Violation of the terms of this contract. 3.3.7 Violation of any rule, regulation, policy or standard disciplinary violations for which a student may receive a living unit probation or dismissal, or suspension or dismissal from the University, under the applicable provision of the Waldorf University Student Handbook as it may be amended, corrected, updated or revised and published during the term of this agreement. 3.3.8 If Student, for any reason, is no longer enrolled full-time as a traditional student at Waldorf University. Student will be notified of the reason for termination; however, immediate removal from the room may be required by the ▇▇▇▇ of Students or Student Life designee if the conduct of the Student seriously threatens the well-being of individuals or the University.

Early Cancellation. If you wish to cancel the Services without completing the Initial Term you may do so only by providing both written notification of cancellation and the Early Cancellation Fee. The amount of your Early Cancellation Fee is defined in your Service Agreement. If your Service Agreement does not define the Early Cancellation Fee it shall be equal to the lesser of either (a) your remaining monthly payments under the Initial Term or (b) $2,310.00. The Early Cancellation Fee payment is in addition to your monthly payments to date and may not be paid with credits on file or any prior payment. The Early Cancellation Fee must be provided within five (5) business days from our receipt of your written notice of early cancellation. No early cancellation of a Service Agreement will take effect until the Early Cancellation Fee has been paid, and you will continue to be billed monthly until we receive both proper written notice of cancellation and the Early Cancellation Fee, as applicable. Upon execution of this agreement, Marketing 360® will be investing considerable work into your business and online marketing activities. This investment is being made with the understanding that you are committing to pay for the Services through the Initial Term. Client recognizes the aforementioned investment, up-front sales, setup, and opportunity costs that Marketing 360® bears in connection with this marketing commitment, and acknowledges that this fee is not a penalty, but rather a reasonable amount of liquidated damages to compensate Marketing 360® for early cancellation of the Services.

Early Cancellation. The Bank or OST may request the termination of an existing CD prior to the Maturity Date. If the Bank requests early cancellation, OST may honor the request or refuse the request at the discretion of the State Treasurer. The earliest this can be accommodated is on the third business date after the request. The request must be received by OST by 3:00 P.M. OST may also request an early cancellation from the Bank. The Bank may honor or refuse such a request, however the State Treasurer reserves the right to cancel any or all Certificates of Deposit at any time without penalty in the event of a need or financial emergency, as the State Treasurer deems necessary.

Early Cancellation. Maxim may cancel any Purchase Order at any time prior to Wafer lot start date, and shall reimburse Supplier for the actual price paid by Supplier for any unique materials that Supplier shows through written documentation to have procured especially and only for Maxim and to not be reasonably usable by Supplier otherwise, including, without limitation, for Manufacturing Wafers for Maxim under other Purchase Orders. If Maxim cancels after the Wafer lot start date, Maxim shall pay Supplier a cancellation charge based upon mask layers completed at the time of receipt of the cancellation notice plus the substrate cost actually incurred by Supplier therefor.

Early Cancellation the cancellation agreement that can be signed at the same time as the request to register on the Summer Camp which allows for withdrawal from the Contract and cancellation of the tour contract in the event of the conditions envisaged therein. The agreement involves the payment of an additional sum as specified in the Early Cancellation Addendum.

Early Cancellation. This Contract may be cancelled and the Deposit refunded by providing written request for cancellation to Panther Central subject to the terms and conditions published in the Housing/Dining Services Information Packet. Neither oral communication with Panther Central nor written communication with other offices constitutes cancellation of this Contract. Canceling University registration or admission does not automatically cancel this Contract. This Contract cannot be cancelled after December 1, 2009.

Early Cancellation. It is possible to request and sign, at the same time as submitting the Order Form, the “Early Cancellation” agreement which allows the Participant to cancel the package in the case of specific conditions, certified and documented, which objectively prevent the Participant from taking part in the Juventus Summer Camp. The Early Cancellation agreement must strictly be signed upon submitting the Order Form and the set amount must be paid at the same time as paying the Participation Fee.
