University Personnel definition

University Personnel means all full-time and part-time employees of the University, whether or not they are members of a collective bargaining unit, including all faculty, staff, and post-doctoral fellows; appointees of the University who receive University Support (as defined below), including volunteers, adjuncts, and courtesy faculty; persons paid by or through the University, including contractors and consultants; and anybody working under University auspices and anybody receiving University Support. Students, including undergraduate, graduate and professional students, who are encompassed within any of these categories, shall be considered University Personnel for purposes of this Regulation.
University Personnel means any person or persons employed by Pacific University to act within the capacity described. Frequently but not always, the usage in this handbook implies ACs, RAs, CPS officers, and other Housing and Residence Life staff.
University Personnel shall include both Academic and non-academic personnel.

Examples of University Personnel in a sentence

  • Authorized University Personnel may enter, inspect, and make such repair to the assigned space as the University may deem reasonable.

  • Failure to designate a borough of consideration shall result automatically in a designation by the University Personnel Director in the closest borough of the candidate's home address on the application.

  • Where an Invention is owned by the University, Personnel may enter into an agreement with the University, at each party’s discretion, for the performance of commercialization activities such as evaluation, patent protection, marketing and negotiation of licenses.

  • On or before a specified date in December of each calendar year, each Dean shall report to the Chairperson of the University Personnel Committee the action recommended by the College Personnel Committee.

  • This authorization shall continue until either (1) revoked by me at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice to the University Personnel Office, or (2) the discontinuance of my status within this bargaining unit for more than two consecutive semesters (i.e. Fall-Spring, Spring-Summer, or Summer-Fall).


More Definitions of University Personnel

University Personnel means the Principal Investigator, University faculty, staff, employees, students, fellows, visiting scholars, contractors, subcontractors, and volunteers and any other similar persons or entities to the limited extent that any of the foregoing are performing Project Work and other similar activities related to the Project, the initial roster for which is partially set forth in Exhibit 3 and the Research Plan.
University Personnel. University Inventors; and University faculty members, employees (including without limitation post-doctoral fellows), and students.
University Personnel means each of the inventors named on the Licensed Patents and the staff of UChicagoTech.
University Personnel means any UMDNJ employee, student or consultant who participates in any Sponsored Research Program or any BDS Research Program in any manner or who acquires knowledge of any test data, clinical information or any other information resulting from any Sponsored Research Program or any BDS Research Program which is deemed a trade secret or confidential or proprietary to BDS or UMDNJ, such as any professor, technician, any associate or student (including a pre-or post-doctoral student), any independent contractor (including any consultant under an obligation of confidentiality), or any research collaborator.
University Personnel shall have the same meaning as defined in the Sponsored Research Agreement.
University Personnel means all employees (regardless of the type of employment or contractual arrangement) of the University.
University Personnel means Trustees, directors, officers, members of Board committees, employees of the University, trainees, volunteers, observers, contractors, and any other persons who are formally associated with the University for the purpose of overseeing or engaging in any activity, operation or undertaking of the University or for or on behalf of the University that involves the creation or use of University Records, and other persons designated by the President or his/her designee.
