Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave. (a) An employee will notify of their intention to return to work after a period of parental leave at least four weeks prior to the expiration of the leave.
Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave. (a) An employee who will be, or is, the birth giver and who elects to return to work during the six weeks following the birth of their child must provide a medical certificate stating that the employee is fit for work during that period.
