Period of Leave. (a) The period of leave will be for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December.
Period of Leave. An employee shall be granted extended military leave for the initial period of enlistment, service, or tour of duty for a period not to exceed five (5) years. In addition, leave shall be granted for a period up to six (6) months from the date of release from duty if the employee requests such extension.
Period of Leave. A full time employee is entitled to a period of 4 weeks (152 ordinary hours) annual leave (exclusive of public holidays) after each 12 months continuous service with the Company. The annual leave for full time employees accrues at a rate of 11.6923 hours for each four week period of 152 ordinary hours worked.
Period of Leave. Except as hereinafter provided, a period of 28 consecutive days’ leave including non- working days (ie. four weeks) shall be allowed to an employee for each twelve months’ of continuous service (less the period of annual leave) with an employer.
Period of Leave. An uncompensated leave may be granted for a period up to one (1) school year. A unit member may apply for a leave once every five consecutive years of service.
Period of Leave. (a) An Employee who is entitled to take their long service leave will take the whole or any part of their entitlement at the current time fraction they work. For the avoidance of doubt, but subject to operational requirements, an Employee may take long service leave of one day.
Period of Leave. 43.1.1 An Employee shall be entitled to 152 hours leave on ordinary pay per year of continuous service with the Employer.
Period of Leave. 7.1.1(a) (i) A full time or part time employee under this award is entitled to a period of 28 consecutive days leave, including non-working days, (i.e 4 weeks) after each 12 months service (less the period of annual leave) with an employer.
Period of Leave. Employees shall be entitled to annual leave on full pay for a period equal to four working weeks for each continuous twelve months’ service with an employer. Annual leave will accrue on a pro rata basis.
Period of Leave. 25.1.1 A full time or part time employee under this Agreement is entitled to accrue paid annual leave on a monthly basis in accordance with section 232 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, being a total of 4 weeks for each completed year of service.
