– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 6.01 The Employer will deduct from each nurse covered by this Agreement an amount equal to the regular monthly Union dues designated by the Union provided to the Employer in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of deduction. These dues will be deducted ongoing unless otherwise notified by the Union. The deduction period for a part-time or casual nurse may be extended where the nurse does not receive pay in a particular month.

– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 3.1 The Employer will recognize a committee of three (3) Bargaining Unit members for the purpose of negotiating the renewals of the Collective Agreement. The Labour Relations Officer of the Ontario Nurses’ Association will also be a member of this committee.
– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 2.01 (a) All reference to officers, representatives and committee members in this Agreement shall be deemed to mean officers, representatives and committee members of the Ontario Nurses’ Association who are nurses of Public Health Services. Any correspondence sent by the Employer to the Union shall be sent to the Public Health Bargaining Unit President and copied to the Ontario Nurses’ Association Labour Relations Officer.

– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 2.01 All references to Union Representatives and Committee Members in this Collective Agreement shall be deemed to mean employees of the Region who are Union Representatives and Committee Members for the Local. Union Representatives and Committee Members will be paid their respective salaries for all time spent during regular working hours attending meetings with the Employer, subject to Article 2.02.
– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 2.01 There shall be an Employee-Management Committee composed of two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. Each party may change its representation in accordance with the subject matter intended to be discussed. The Executive Director shall be a member ex officio and either party may request the presence of the Executive Director at any meeting of the Committee. Regular and special meetings will be held at the request of either party. A staff representative of the Union may attend meetings if so requested.

– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 3.1 The Employer will recognize a committee of four (4) Union members for the purpose of negotiating a renewal of the Collective Agreement. The Employer will also recognize a committee of a Grievance Officer and the Bargaining Unit President for purposes of interpretation and application of the Collective Agreement as it relates to differences between the parties. The Employer will pay such employee representatives at their respective salaries for all regular time lost in negotiating renewals to this Agreement, in investigating or processing grievances and while attending meetings with the Employer, provided that these representatives do not leave their regular duties without the consent from the Executive Director or designate.
