– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 2.01 (a) All reference to officers, representatives and committee members in this Agreement shall be deemed to mean officers, representatives and committee members of the Ontario Nurses’ Association who are nurses of Public Health Services. Any correspondence sent by the Employer to the Union shall be sent to the Public Health Bargaining Unit President and copied to the Ontario Nurses’ Association Labour Relations Officer.
