Meeting of the Committee. The Labour/Management Committee shall normally meet once per month, which shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Union President and the Executive Director of Human Resources.

Participants will be paid straight time wages for attendance at meetings.

Additional meetings may be scheduled by consensus of the LMC. • The duration of the meetings will be two hours unless shortened or extended by consensus. • Meetings will end with a Wrap- Up, to evaluate how well the meeting went and then to discuss the next meeting date, time, location, Agenda, and homework. • LMC meetings will follow established Agendas and Norms of Collaborative Work.
Meeting of the Committee. 14. The first meeting of the Committee shall be held no later than 60 Working days after the date that all of the Councils have appointed the Committee under clause 6.
