REASONS FOR DENIAL. Management may disapprove an application for reimbursement under this provision under the following circumstances:
REASONS FOR DENIAL. In the event the senior applicant is denied the transfer, reasons for denial shall be given in writing to such employee. In the event the senior applicant disagrees with the reasons for denial, it shall be a proper subject for the Grievance Procedure.
