Agreement in Force. This Agreement shall continue in full force until a new Agreement is signed and in place.
Agreement in Force. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Agreement, shall remain and continue in full force and effect.
Agreement in Force. Except as amended hereby, all of the provisions of the Existing Employment Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect. Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference in the Existing Employment Agreement to "this Agreement, "hereunder," "hereof," or words of like import referring to the Existing Employment Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Employment Agreement.
Agreement in Force. Except as agreed herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply with full force and effect to this Service Level Agreement.

Agreement in Force. This Agreement shall be effective as of and from the date of signing of the Memorandum of Agreement, and shall remain in full force and effect until the 30th day of April, 2027, and from year to year thereafter unless terminated by either party on written notice of its intention to negotiate a renewal or revision of the Agreement served at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of expiration during any calendar year. Upon receiving such written notice, both parties shall thereupon enter into negotiations and make every reasonable effort to effect such renewal or revision as provided for in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Subsection (2) and (3) of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code shall be specifically excluded from and shall not apply to the new Collective Agreement.
Agreement in Force. As amended hereby, the Merger Agreement remains in full force and effect.
Agreement in Force. Except as amended by this Amendment, the Registration Rights Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
